Lifetime Brands runs a portfolio of home goods brands, including Taylor, Chef’n, Rabbit, Mikasa, Pfaltzgraff, Fitz & Floyd, Built NY, and Planetbox, each with its own Shopify Plus site. Managing consistency and updates across eight separate sites was slow and inconsistent, with no shared foundation to build from.
I built a flexible, scalable design system to support a redesign across all eight sites. Working from user data, I identified where customers were getting stuck and used those insights to restructure navigation, simplify filtering, and streamline the shopping experience for each brand.
